We will provide a full refund, store credit or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item that needs to be shipped to us and the customer has to to take care of the delivery. Please note products must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc. returned with the item.

If you do need to exchange or return an item, the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. It must be in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging ). Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your payment, or provide you with a store credit. If the returned item was on sale, refund is provided in the form of a store credit only. Alternatively, you can make an exchange for an item of the same value.
Return items that have been damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
When exchanging for a “change of mind”, amount of re-delivery charge will be applied. If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. It would be helpful if you can also indicate an alternate products, in case we cannot fill your first choice. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3-5 days of receiving the goods. Please remember to include with the return the original order details such as the order number, name, postal address and phone number.
